Note:
Some consumers in Europe may refer to refined rapeseed oil as "Canola Oil" (Canadian Oil Low Acid). While our rapeseed oil is not Canola Oil in the strict botanical or regional sense, it is fully suitable for human consumption.
Our oil is produced from carefully selected low-erucic acid rapeseed varieties, similar to those used for Canola Oil. Although it is not labeled as Canola, the oil meets the same high standards for food safety and quality.
Thanks to both the natural characteristics of the raw material and high-grade refining, our refined rapeseed oil contains only 0.05% erucic acid — well below the internationally accepted maximum of 2%. This makes it a safe and high-performance alternative to Canola Oil in all food applications.
